SMS credits All non-marketing emails, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, are always free.

If you’d like to send appointment confirmations and reminders by SMS, it’s €0.15 per message. Extra marketing email credits All non-marketing emails, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, are always free.

Each month, you can send 1500 newsletters and automated marketing emails for free.

If you need more, it’s €0.002 per marketing email.

Online payments and Barbercore Pay Barbercore works with Stripe for Barbercore Pay, online payments, and QR-code/link payments. Stripe charges transaction costs depending on the payment method. For example, for card payments the fee is 1.5% + €0.25, for iDEAL payments it‘s €0.29, and for Bancontact payments it’s €0.35. You can view the most up-to-date transaction costs and the transaction costs for other payment methods on this page.
Barbercore Pay, online payments, and QR-code/link payments are optional if you use Barbercore’s POS system. You can also use the POS system without these payment methods.

Terminals Barbercore works with Stripe for Barbercore Pay. If you’d like to use Barbercore Pay, you can order a payment terminal from Stripe.

To use Barbercore’s POS system, it’s not required to purchase a terminal. You can always use a separate (manual) terminal. Barbercore also makes it possible to accept payments via a QR code or payment link. And of course, clients can also pay in cash if you choose to offer that option.
